Avatar’s Zoe Saldana replaces Eva Mendes as Calvin Klein’s underwear model

AVATAR star Zoe Saldana has been named as the new face – and body – of Calvin Klein underwear in their new venture, Envy by Calvin Klein.

Zoe, 32, replaces actress Eva Mendes, in sultry new advertising shots for the designer.

Hillary Swank, Kate Moss, Scarlett Johannson and Brooke Shields who have all previously modelled for the iconic brand.

“Calvin Klein has always put forth such beautifully executed campaigns,” Saldana said.

“It’s very exciting for me to be associated with such an iconic, globally recognized brand.”

Saldana shot to stardom as the feisty blue alien princess, Neytiri, in last years blockbuster, Avatar, and has been busy ever since.

She has four films set for release this year – action drama The Losers (released in May), comedy Death At A Funeral, another comedy Burning Palms, and action drama Takers. She has another two films in development.
