(Daily News) — The marital woes for Khloe Kardashian-Odom and Lamar Odom may have taken a turn for the worse.
Amid rumors of the NBA player’s substance abuse taking a toll on their marriage, Odom, 33, is said to have gone missing, according to TMZ.
Sources connected to the NBA star tell the gossip site that none of the Kardashian clan has been able to reach him in nearly 72 hours.
The news of his disappearance comes after the Kardashians staged an intervention for Khloe’s husband, which went badly, TMZ reports. Odom has reportedly been battling an addiction to recreational drugs — specifically crack cocaine — for the past two years.
Last year the “Khloe and Lamar” star quietly spent 3 weeks at a San Diego rehab center at the request of his wife, 29, but it appears to have been a temporary fix.
He remained clean through his basketball season with the Los Angeles Clippers this past year, but now Odom may be relapsing.
“Khloe is more concerned about saving Lamar than ending her marriage,” a source told TMZ. “The situation has become dire.”
A rep for Kardashian-Odom has not yet returned a request for comment, but she has taken to Twitter to express anger at all of the rumors.
“Really hard to sit here and listen to people talk sh-t about my family!” she wrote on Sunday.
“F–k you and shame on you! I’m too protective for this sh-t!”
